Jaguar Wins National Award!

Jaguar Telecom have won the coveted Hosted Telephony Solution of the Year award!  We were by far the youngest and most recently established company among those nominated for this prestigious award, presented recently at the Comms National Awards ceremony.

The award was given in recognition of the Hosted Telephony solution supplied by Jaguar Telecom to our client Capital Cash Ltd, who own the largest franchise of Cash Converters retail stores in the UK.. They operate 25 stores around Greater London, as well as a Head Office in High Wycombe.

Despite the current economic climate Cash Converters are expanding rapidly, with plans to open eight new stores a year over the next five years.  Their requirement for a ‘plug and play’ system for each store that is reliable, cost effective and fully programmable is central to their expansion plans.

Jaguar Telecom’s Hosted VoIP product was the perfect solution, combining a fast and straightforward roll-out with an easy to use web-based interface.  Each store now has its’ own independent telecoms system, whilst the company benefits from free calls between all sites, and the ability to programme the system as required, including diverting calls.
